Rezilia

Rezilia is a polyester BCF yarn which is inherently stain resistant. It exhibits high efficiency in tufting and weaving and is ideal for residential carpets and rugs. Rezilia is a remarkably soft and durable yarn available in 3-20 DPF.

Sorenyl

Sorenyl is a Solution Dyed Nylon yarn ideal for luxurious home styling and automotive application. It exhibits amazing performance in tufting and weaving of wall to wall carpets and offers a perfect balance of touch and performance. Sorenyl is also available in conventional dyed option- Silkenza for smaller MoQs. Sorenyl’s is offered in 3.5 – 22 DPF.

Ecose

Ecose is yet another innovative yarn supplied by AYM. It is a supremely soft, yarn dyed brand that eliminates carpet shedding unlike viscose. Ecose exhibits stain resistance in comparison to Viscose and provides the end product a natural handmade look. Ecose is available in 1-2 DPF.

Comfeel

Comfeel is our latest innovation in the yarn industry for resilient floor covering, which is anti-static, stain, UV and bleach resistant. We offer Comfeel yarns in 5 - 20 DPF.

Sparkle

Sparkle is a Polypropyene BCF yarn. It is highly lustrous and ideal for woven rugs & tuffted wall-to-wall carpets. It is available in DPF 5-20.

Polycycle

Polycycle is a 100% recycled polyester yarn made from recycled PET bottles. Polycycle is a GRS certified yarn and is available in DPF 5-30.

Polymagic

Polymagic is a modified raw white yarn developed for dyeing & printing at low temprature & pressure. It can be offered in low MOQ's with DPF 5-20.

Wonderfeel

Wonderfeel is a supremely soft yarn ideal for bath mats and area rugs. It exhibits quick drying properties and is resistant to stains and bleach. It is available in 0.6 (micro-denier) – 2.5 DPF.

Polywonder

Polywonder is a raw white micro yarn which is easily dyeable at low temperatures and pressure. It is ideal for bath mats and rugs. It is available in 1-3 DPF.

Greenova

Greenova is a partially bio-based yarn ideal for residential spaces. It is a soft and durable yarn and is stain, bleach and odour resistant. Greenova’s 37% polymer is made using renewable plant-based ingredients. It is Dupont’s proprietary technology.

Silkenza

Silkenza is a supremely soft, Nylon-Dyed-yarn which exhibits silk-like features and offers luxurious home styling. Its handmade look and excellent color fastness makes it the best yarn for residential spaces. Its ideal performance in tufting and weaving make it the best yarn for mats, rugs and wall-to-wall carpets. It is available in 3-5 DPF.

Polyamide 6 (Nylon) is a high-performance yarn suitable for luxurious home styling and contract spaces with high traffic. AYM offers Sorenyl Yarn with unmatched softness and resilience. Sorenyl Yarns are fade, UV & bleach resistant. We also offer 100% Recycle Nylon 6.

PP

Polypropylene (PP) has high colour fastness. AYM offers 'Sparkle' Yarns for residential carpets & rugs. Sparkle Yarns offers high coverage with low specific density & lightweight.

PBT

Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) is suitable for residential & contract carpets offering excellent performance with softness. It exhibits high resilience with good bulk and improves the coverage & longevity of carpets. Our yarn is inherently stain & bleach resistant, UV resistant & anti-static.

Sorona(PTT)

Polytrimethylene Terephthalate (PTT) is a sustainable, plant-based bio-polymer. They are used in floor coverings for softness, durability, stain & odour resistance. Carpets made from AYM Yarns-branded as Greenova (Sorona Yarns)- can withstand heavy footfall without losing freshness or colour.

100% Recycle PET

AYM offers a sustainable solution for all floor covering needs. Polycycle is produced using recycled PET bottles. This 100% recycled Polyester Yarn goes into the making of high quality, environment-friendly carpets. Floor coverings made from Polycycle Yarns exhibit stain resistance and durability. AYM’s offers unlimited styling possibilities through its air entangled yarns processed through Dynajet Gilbos. Our yarns are available between 2400-12500 deniers. Using a high-tech process, we offer an enhanced air entangled finish to our yarns against traditionally manufactured air entangled yarns.

Air Twisted

AYM is one of the India’s leading manufacturers of Air textured yarns. We offer yarns ranging between 2400-12500 deniers with 50 – 200 twist level (S & Z intermittent) processed through Dynajet Gilbos.

Power Heat Set / Superba

AYM has the most modern GVA 8 from Germany which is fully automated bearing 96 positions and 6 tunnels. We produce state-of-the-art yarns through this super tech power heat set process.

BCF Singles

Our BCF Single yarns are available in mono and tri-color which are ideal for wall to wall carpet manufacturing. We offer multi polymer yarns in Polyester, Nylon6 SDN, Comfeel, PP and Sorona between 900-3200 denier ranges.

Tri Color

Our tri-colour yarns are manufactured using a unique single-step process that imparts an even colour to the yarn with melange like look. It exhibits all polymer capabilities. We provide specific colours which can be available in our CPC and Heather facility.
